You know how passionate I am about food, health and wellness. Back in 2009, I started this blog to share my love of all things healthy, whether it be cooking, baking, fitness or time with family and friends.
I believe living a healthy life means having no restrictions and listening to what your body needs. We all need to find what foods work for our individual self. I want to help you figure out what that means for you.
I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach who studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). With my clients, I share my knowledge of diet, health and food with all of you. My nutrition counseling is based on a holistic approach, which looks at the entire person from food to relationships. I am so excited and lucky to be on this journey to share what I am so passionate about.
