When people ask what I do for a living I say a few things:
I help women figure out how to make healthy living work for them. I guide them to figure out how to make taking care of themselves a priority because you have to put yourself first in order to happily take care of everyone else. I also have an organic, gluten free granola company Blissful Eats, where I make it easy to choose healthy, delicious good-for-you foods. Oh, and I work with women to set goals and figure out first steps for their business ideas to create a life they are completely happy with.
That’s a lot to say. What I really want to say is:
I help women make a better life for themselves, which may mean making health a priority, eating better OR growing their business.
What I really should say is:
I have way too much fun creating plans, developing recipes and products to share with my clients and customers. I spend my days sharing what I’ve learned about nutrition AND business…plus feeding people really delicious granola.
I’m Nicole. Founder of Blissful Eats, small business owner and health coach. My passion is to help women live a life that they are completely happy with, whether that means reaching their health and fitness goals, or starting their own business, I’m here to help and guide you. I have created a life that I am fully happy with, no matter what day of the week it is. We shouldn’t have to live for the weekends to be happy. I have spent hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours researching for my businesses and I love sharing what I’ve learned with you.
I started Blissful Eats in 2011 with a very small budget and a big idea. Blissful Eats, combined with my health coaching business, allowed me to work from home, while raising my two girls. I have developed a variety of programs based on my clients needs and I still have a few in the works that I’m so excited to share with you.
I want to showcase the very best you. I help women figure out their goals and make a strategic plan to reach them, whether those goals are health and wellness, business or a hybrid of both. I have spent countless hours developing my programs, to fit the needs of my clients..
In the past 5 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to show them that healthy living does not have to be a sacrifice and it does not have to be boring. It is fun, delicious and fulfilling and I have helped them figure it all out to make it work for them.
I show women how to develop healthy habits that last a lifetime with a simple and clear blueprint for success. For many of the women I work with it’s been awhile since they had a great routine. They struggle to take care of themselves. I will guide and show them develop healthy habits that last a lifetime with a simple and clear blueprint for success. Living a healthy lifestytle does not have to be all or nothing…and quite frankly, it shouldn’t be.
On the flip side, I also work with women who are just starting out in their businesses. They have a business idea, but aren’t sure where to start. I help them organize their goals and priorities in order to take the first steps in their business. To learn more and get all my best tips in one spot, click here!
And a little more about my non-biz life. I’m a New Yorker through and through since birth. I’m a wife and mom of two girls, Olivia and Mila. I taught 4th grade special education for 5 years in NYC before taking the leap to full time entrepreneurship in June 2011.
5 years, 3 businesses, 2 kids and 1 house later, I’ve learned a lot. I share valuable lessons I’ve learned along with way in weekly blog posts here on my personal blog.
I love waking up early, at home fitness, coffee and writing to-do lists. Other obsessions include podcasts, spending time with my family (always my #1 priority!), online shopping, meal planning and recipe creation. I work everyday to find a balance between family, work, coffee drinking and water.
