We’re happy today because my sister is around to hang out with us and we’re happy to see her off to Russia. Sad to not see her for almost two weeks, but I know it will go quick and she’ll have a phenomenal time! We haven’t not seen each other for that long in years. Lucky, I know. Thanks to Katie for hosting MIMM. :)
Greek salmon & salad: drizzled salmon with olive oil and sprinkled with oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Baked at 425 for about 10 minutes. (Also sauteed cabbage & shredded brussels.)
Third batch of banana nut chocolate chip muffins (left out walnuts, added 1/3 cup oats)
Taco salads: sauteed turkey meat with chili powder, salt & pepper. Ate it over greens, shredded cheese, avocado, tomatoes, carrots and toasted brown rice wraps.

I’m off to the dermatologist for a little check up because I’m still getting some eczema spots on my face.
