Taco Cups & Chobani Giveaway!

I almost named this post taco cups Tuesday…and then I realized it was Wednesday. A whole day behind….but a day closer to the weekend…I’ll take it!

Food Should Taste Good was so kind and sent me a bunch of their chips to try a couple of weeks ago. Honestly between Danny, my sister and myself, they went so fast. I had to think of something to make with them QUICK before they were all gone. I did the mini layer dips...that I ate with sweet potato chips so I wanted to do something along the same lines but different (if that makes any sense).

Soooo this is what I came up with!

And surprise! Since you know how much I love using Chobani, especially for healthy substitutions…. I have some for you!

I just love eating Chobani WITH A SPOON! It’s great just the way it is and my 2 year old son loves it too!

    Two favorites.

    1. Dip for my Honeycrisp apples.
    2. Topped with granola & dried cranberries.

Both are wonderful, easy treats I feel good about indulging in, and offering to my son for dessert! :)

    I tweeted this.

I can’t wait to give this recipe a try!

I love trying new ways to eat Chobani both sweet and savory.

I use it to make my spicy dip for sweet potato fries as well as eat it out of a bowl topped with granola and fresh fruit :) Both ways are absolutely delicious!

Also, I tweeted this giveaway! :)

Wow, I love love chobani! I have a few favorite ways but I really like it in my breakfast yogurt bowls with whatever fruits/nuts I feel like adding that day or for a tzatziki-style dip with cucumbers and carrots in the afternoon!

I’ve actually never tried Chobani! Am I disqualified? haha… But I bet it would be delicious with some granola and berries!

  7. Katherine says

I’m not a fan of fruit on the bottom yogurts, so to flavor Chobani’s plain (which is the healthiest) I mix it with a small amount of sugar-free jello powder. Delicious!!

Chobani is my favorite yogurt and we cannot buy it where I live yet so I enter every giveaway I can find! Thanks for the opportunity!

I love to use it instead of sour cream on potatos and on soups and on perogies. And I like to have it on my oat scones with fruit. Sometimes I just mix it with cereal. I love Chobani and have used several of their recipes.. the Hollandaise on their Chobani Kitchen site is amazing!

I love Chobani! I normally just eat the smaller flavored cups. I’ve been having trouble finding the larger container for my smoothies. ) ; pout…

  13. Jenna says

As a poor college student, I would bathe in Chobani if I could. I love it with fruit I smuggle out of the cafeteria with a nice cup of green tea…sigh, my favorite way to start the day!!!

I eat chobani to get my dairy in. I usually have it during lunch and sometimes I take it plain and mix ranch dip in it so I have dip for my veggies. I love it!

  16. Erin Laney says

I love to combine plain chobani yogurt, half a scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp agave nectar.
Then, I place the combination over a warm whole grain waffle, and top with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
    Breakfast of Champions!!!

I also love thier apple cinnamon flavor as of late and ill add fresh apples with some pecans for that extra crunch! #nomz

Thank you for such a generous giveaway! I love Chobani and my favorite way to eat it straight from the container with lots of cinnamon!

  19. says

Those taco cups look great – I’ll definitely have to give them a try!

I think my favorite way to use Chobani (aside from just enjoying it on it’s own) would be as a sour cream substitute for all my Mexican flavored dishes – by using the yogurt instead of a low-fat or fat-free sour cream, you’re still able to get that thick and creamy consistency, but without all the fat!

  20. Kathryn S says

My favorite way to eat Chobani is in smoothies! I use the plain, add OJ, Low-fat milk, ice and tons of fresh fruit and veggies! Soooo good!!!
