Wanderlust Yoga and Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

Morning! Tonight I’m going to Wanderlust Yoga in the City with Elena Brower (of Virayoga) and Schulyer Grant (of Kula Yoga). I’m super excited to go and I think I even may get a chance to talk to these two incredible yoga instuctors. I don’t really know what to expect, except that it’s all about the yoga and the music.

The Wanderlust website says the event is to “raise awareness and encourage community growth both on a local and national level. Each event will feature a taste of the larger Wanderlust experience complete with yoga, music, community, and celebration all in an amazing outdoor setting of natural beauty.” Sounds good right?

They really are super, super easy and delicious. All you need is a box of brownies, peanut butter, chocolate chips, sea salt and coconut oil.

Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownies
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Make the brownies according to the directions on the box. Before mixing, add in 1/4 cup of peanut butter and mix well. Bake according to the directions on the box. Let brownies completely cool before adding fudge topping.

Peanut Butter Fudge (adapted from Oh She Glows)

  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Melt the chocolate chips, either over a double broiler or in the microwave. (If you use microwave, heat it in 30 second increments and mix, so it doesn’t burn.) When chocolate is melted, add peanut butter, coconut oil and sea salt and mix together to make fudge. Spread mixture on top of brownies. Cut before serving.
